Pre-Telling

 

The main character (Nemo) appears on the class. He introduces himself with a graceful scene and ask for children´s help to find all his friends:

 

Hello big people, I am a clown fish and I need your biggest help to find my friends. Have you seen them?

 

This is my best friend Dory, a beautiful blue fish!

This is Maria, a enormous whale!

These are Crush and his son Squirt, they are sea turtles!

This is Bruce, a kind shark!

And this is Gill leading the Tank Gang!

 

I need to find all of them, can you help me?

 

Telling

During this part, the film is played. We stop the film every time a fish we named previously appears and the children must recognize it and name it correctly.

 

Post-telling

Finally, when the film is finished, we assign a type of fish (Clown fish, shark, turtle, whale or Tank Gang) to every kid. They have to reorganize themselves with others with the same fish to complete the family fish. Then, a different family fish will be assigned.
